§ 7826. TAXPAYER'S OATH.

Any person whose name was erroneously omitted from said list of voters may vote at said election upon the taking the oath as prescribed in the preceding article except that in lieu of the clause "that I was not subject to pay property tax in said district for the preceding year," there shall be substituted "that I was subject to and did pay property tax in said district for the preceding year.["]
