§ 7843. DISTRICT RECORDS.
Official statutory text
The directors, through the secretary, shall keep a true account of all matters and proceedings of the board, and shall maintain the records of the district in a secure manner. The preservation, microfilming, destruction, or other disposition of the records of the district is subject to the requirements of Subtitle C, Title 6, Local Government Code, and rules adopted under that subtitle.
