§ 261.006. PRIORITIES AND REMEDIES APPLICABLE TO CERTAIN PERFECTED SECURITY INTERESTS.

The provisions of Chapter 9 relating to priorities and remedies apply to security interests in personal property, including fixtures, perfected under Section 261.004.
