§ 554.003. QUALIFICATIONS.
Official statutory text
Members of the council must be Texas residents and have knowledge or expertise in one or more of the following areas:
(1) artificial intelligence systems;
(2) data privacy and security;
(3) ethics in technology or law;
(4) public policy and regulation;
(5) risk management related to artificial intelligence systems;
(6) improving the efficiency and effectiveness of governmental operations; or
(7) anticompetitive practices and market fairness.
