§ 57.352. APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER TO SEVERAL BUSINESS LOCATIONS COVERED BY SAME AGREEMENT.

If a dealer has more than one of its business locations covered by the same dealer agreement, this subchapter applies to the repurchase of the dealer's inventory at the particular business location being closed unless the closing occurs without the permission of the supplier.
