§ 200.159. LIABILITY FOR DESIGNATING OWNER OF SHARES.
Official statutory text
A real estate investment trust or an officer, trust manager, employee, or agent of the real estate investment trust may not be held liable for considering a person to be the owner of a share for a purpose described by Section 200.151, regardless of whether the person possesses a certificate for those shares.
