§ 12.0271. FAILURE TO DISCHARGE OR REFUSE TO HIRE OR TERMINATE OR REFUSE SERVICES FROM CERTAIN EMPLOYEES, APPLICANTS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS.

Official statutory text

A home-rule school district commits a material violation of the school district's charter if the school district fails to comply with the duty to discharge or refuse to hire, or terminate or refuse to accept services from, certain employees, applicants for employment, or service providers under Section 22A.151 or 22A.157, as applicable.
