§ 29.194. SUMMER CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION GRANT PROGRAM.

Official statutory text

(a) From funds appropriated or available for the purpose, the commissioner, in cooperation with an appropriate private entity, shall establish a grant program to provide funding to school districts for career and technology education courses offered during the summer.

(b) The commissioner may solicit and accept gifts, donations, or other contributions for the grant program established under this section.

(c) The commissioner may adopt rules as necessary to implement this section.
