§ 39A.058. SUBMISSION OF TARGETED IMPROVEMENT PLAN TO COMMISSIONER.
Official statutory text
The board of trustees of the school district shall submit the targeted improvement plan or updated targeted improvement plan to the commissioner for approval. The campus intervention team shall assist the campus in submitting the targeted improvement plan to the commissioner.
