§ 39A.206. COMPENSATION.

(a) The commissioner may authorize payment of a board of managers appointed under Subchapter C from agency funds. The commissioner may adopt rules necessary to implement this subsection.
(b) A conservator or a member of a management team appointed to serve on a board of managers may continue to be compensated as determined by the commissioner.
