§ 44.053. FAILURE OF MUNICIPAL OFFICER TO MAKE TREASURER'S REPORT; PENALTY.

Official statutory text

Any county or municipal treasurer or treasurer of the school board of each municipality having exclusive control of its schools who fails to make and transmit any report and certified copy thereof, or either, required by law, commits an offense. An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
