§ 48.203. LIMITATION ON ENRICHMENT TAX RATE.

The district enrichment tax rate ("DTR") under Section 48.202 may not exceed the amount per $100 of valuation by which the maximum rate permitted under Section 45.003 exceeds the rate used to determine the district's local share under Section 48.256, or a greater amount for any year provided by appropriation.
