§ 51.705. USE OF FUND.

(a) When the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences is announced for location in Texas, the existing funds (and all subsequent funds) will be made available for use by the center in accordance with its charter.

(b) Should the center not be located in Texas, the industry grants will be returned to their source and the state's matching appropriation will be held for reappropriation by the legislature.
