§ 127.155. PRESIDING JUDGE TO SIGN TAPE.

Official statutory text

(a) The presiding judge shall sign any tape containing the ballot tabulation that is produced by the automatic tabulating equipment.

(b) The presiding judge shall retain a copy of the tape.
