§ 264.189. WAIVERS.
Official statutory text
To implement the pilot program, the lead entity may apply to the commissioner of the department for a waiver from any department policy or procedure that governs the provision of child welfare services. The commissioner shall adopt a procedure for the application for a waiver described by this section.
