§ 154.152. REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING APPROVAL OF PERMIT HOLDER.
Official statutory text
A permit holder may represent that the department has approved or otherwise chosen a prepaid funeral vendor only with the following language: "The Texas Banking Department regulates the sale of prearranged funeral contracts" and "The form of this contract has been approved by the Department."
