§ 157.02012. STANDARD FORMS.

(a) The finance commission by rule shall adopt one or more standard forms for use by a residential mortgage loan originator, sponsored by and conducting business for a registered mortgage banker under this chapter, in representing that an applicant for a residential mortgage loan is preapproved or has prequalified for the loan.

(b) The finance commission shall adopt rules requiring a residential mortgage loan originator licensed under this chapter to use the forms adopted by the finance commission under Subsection (a).
