§ 16.010. DUE PROCESS; OPEN GOVERNMENT.

A financial regulatory agency is:
(1) a governmental body for purposes of Chapters 551 and 552, Government Code; and
(2) a state agency for purposes of Chapters 2001 and 2005, Government Code.
