§ 180.102. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS.

Subject to the confidentiality provisions of this chapter, a regulatory official shall report to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry on a regular basis regarding violations of, enforcement actions under, or information relevant to this chapter or the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act under the regulatory official's licensure, regulation, or examination of a licensed residential mortgage loan originator or person registered under the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.
