§ 180.103. INFORMATION CHALLENGE PROCESS.

The applicable rulemaking authority by rule shall establish a process by which licensed residential mortgage loan originators may dispute information submitted by the regulatory official to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
