§ 155.202. APPLICABILITY.
Official statutory text
This subchapter does not apply with respect to the following persons who are or will be providing guardianship services to a proposed ward:
(1) an attorney or corporate fiduciary; or
(2) an individual subject to certification under Subchapter C.
