§ 171.0058. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING.

The department may enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Department of Public Safety, the Texas Department of Transportation, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, the Health and Human Services Commission, the Department of State Health Services, the Office of Court Administration of the Texas Judicial System, or any other appropriate state agency regarding the development of rules, curricula, certificates of program completion, or certificate numbers for court-ordered programs.
