§ 25.0333. CAMERON COUNTY PROBATE COURT PROVISIONS.

(a) A statutory probate court in Cameron County has the jurisdiction of a probate court as provided by Section 25.0021.
(b) A statutory probate court in Cameron County has jurisdiction over mental health cases diverted from the criminal justice system in the county.
