§ 30.00129. COURT CLERK; OTHER PERSONNEL.
Official statutory text
In addition to satisfying the requirements of Section 30.00009, the governing body of the city shall provide a clerk of the municipal courts of record, deputy clerks, and other municipal court personnel, including at least one bailiff for each court, as necessary for the proper operation of the municipal courts.
