§ 411.403. EMERGENCY RADIO INFRASTRUCTURE ACCOUNT.
Official statutory text
(a) The emergency radio infrastructure account is an account in the general revenue fund.
(b) The account consists of fees deposited in the account as provided by Section 133.102(e)(9), Local Government Code.
(c) Money in the account may be used only for grants made under this subchapter.
(d) Section 403.095 does not apply to the account.
