§ 72.082. PERFORMANCE REPORT.
Official statutory text
The office shall annually collect and publish a performance report of information regarding the efficiency of the courts of this state. The report must include disaggregated performance measures for each appellate court, district court, statutory county court, statutory probate court, and county court.
