§ 102.264. PROGRAM INTEGRATION COMMITTEE.

Official statutory text

(a) The institute shall establish a program integration committee. The committee is composed of the following five members:

(1) the chief executive officer;

(2) the chief scientific officer;

(3) the chief product development officer;

(4) the commissioner of state health services; and

(5) the chief prevention officer.

(b) The committee has the duties assigned under this chapter.

(c) The chief executive officer shall serve as the presiding officer of the program integration committee.
