§ 81.304. MINIMUM STANDARDS.
Official statutory text
The executive commissioner by rule shall adopt minimum standards to implement the exposure control plan and the other provisions of this subchapter. The rules shall be analogous to standards adopted by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Each governmental unit shall comply with the minimum standards adopted under this subchapter.
