§ 85.113. WORKPLACE GUIDELINES FOR STATE CONTRACTORS.

An entity that contracts with or is funded by any of the following state agencies to operate a program involving direct client contact shall adopt and implement workplace guidelines similar to the guidelines adopted by the agency that funds or contracts with the entity:

(1) the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services;

(2) the Texas Juvenile Justice Department;

(3) the Texas Department of Criminal Justice;

(4) the department;

(5) the Department of Aging and Disability Services; and

(6) the commission.
