§ 85.259. ENFORCEMENT.

A home collection kit for HIV infection testing is a "device" as that term is defined in Section 431.002 and is subject to the provisions for enforcement contained in Chapter 431. Any violation of the requirement in Section 85.258 shall be subject to the enforcement provisions of Chapter 431.
