§ 87.042. DEPARTMENTAL INVESTIGATORY POWERS.

To conduct an investigation under this chapter, the commissioner or the commissioner's designee has the same authority to enter, inspect, investigate, and take samples and to do so in the same manner as is provided for communicable diseases under Sections 81.061, 81.063, 81.064, and 81.065.
