§ 22.030. AGREEMENTS FOR PURCHASE OF SERVICES FOR CHILDREN.

(a) To ensure the maximum use of available federal matching funds for child care services and other support services under Section 31.010, the commission and any other agency providing the services shall enter into agreements with the appropriate local community organizations to receive donations to be used for the purchase of services for which matching federal funds are available.

(b) An agency described under Subsection (a) shall cooperate with each local community organization to develop guidelines for the use of that community's donation to provide the services described in Subsection (a).
