§ 31.036. ELIGIBILITY OF PERSON LEAVING THE STATE.

A recipient of assistance who moves out of the state is no longer eligible for the assistance. However, a recipient's temporary absence from the state for reasons and for periods of time approved by the commission does not terminate the recipient's eligibility for assistance.
