§ 32.0317. REIMBURSEMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER SCHOOL HEALTH AND RELATED SERVICES PROGRAM.
Official statutory text
The executive commissioner shall adopt rules requiring parental consent for services provided under the school health and related services program in order for a school district to receive reimbursement for the services. The rules must allow a school district to seek a waiver to receive reimbursement for services provided to a student who does not have a parent or legal guardian who can provide consent.
