§ 1131.001. DEFINITION.
Official statutory text
In this chapter, "wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance" means a term life insurance plan under which a number of individual term life insurance policies are issued to a selected group at a rate that is lower than the rate shown in the issuing insurer's manual for an individually issued policy of the same type issued to an insured of the same class.
