§ 1131.065. WHOLESALE, FRANCHISE, OR EMPLOYEE LIFE INSURANCE.
Official statutory text
(a) Policies of wholesale, franchise, or employee life insurance may be issued to:
(1) the employees of a common employer or employers;
(2) the members of one or more labor unions; or
(3) the members of one or more credit unions.
(b) A policy to which this section applies is subject to Subchapter P.
