§ 1131.805. CONVERSION RIGHTS.

Official statutory text

On termination of group life insurance coverage for a spouse insured under this subchapter because the insured's employment terminates, the insured's eligibility for insurance terminates, or the insured dies, or because the group life insurance policy terminates, the spouse has the same conversion rights as to the group life insurance on the spouse's life as the insured.
