§ 501.251. COMPARISON OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS.

(a) The office shall develop and implement a system to compare and evaluate, on an objective basis, the quality of care provided by and the performance of health maintenance organizations established under Chapter 843.
