§ 651.052. LICENSE FEE.
Official statutory text
(a) The department shall establish the fee for a license under this subchapter in an amount not to exceed $200.
(b) The fee for a license issued after June 30 may not exceed $100.
(c) Section 201.001 applies to fees collected under this section.
