§ 830.007. CONTENTS OF SUMMARY REPORT.

(a) An insurer shall prepare a summary report in accordance with the guidance manual and subject to the requirements of Subsection (b). An insurer shall maintain documentation and supporting information and shall make the documentation and supporting information available on examination or on request of the commissioner.
(b) When reviewing the summary report or making requests for additional information, the department shall use procedures similar to the procedures currently used in the analysis and examination of multistate or global insurers and insurance groups.
