§ 841.258. AGENTS FOR COMPANY THAT CEASES WRITING NEW BUSINESS.
Official statutory text
An insurance company that ceases to write new business in this state may maintain in this state agents to collect renewal premiums on outstanding policies the company has written under its certificate of authority.
