§ 842.201. ANNUAL STATEMENT; FILING FEE.

(a) Not later than March 1 of each year, each group hospital service corporation shall file with the department an annual statement that covers the operations for the preceding calendar year.

(b) The statement must be in the form prescribed by and provide the information required by the commissioner.

(c) The department shall charge a fee in an amount determined under Chapter 202 for filing the statement.
