§ 846.256. MINIMUM CONTRIBUTION OR PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS.

Official statutory text

(a) A multiple employer welfare arrangement may require an employer to meet minimum contribution or participation requirements as a condition of issuance and renewal of coverage in accordance with the terms of the arrangement's plan document.

(b) The minimum contribution and participation requirements must be stated in the plan document and must be applied uniformly to each employer offered or issued coverage by the multiple employer welfare arrangement in this state.
