§ 861.703. COLLECTION OF PENALTY.

Official statutory text

(a) The attorney general or a district or county attorney under the direction of the attorney general may file an action in the name of the state to collect a penalty under this chapter.

(b) An action filed under this section must be filed in Travis County or in the county in which the general casualty company's principal office is located.
