§ 885.006. TREATMENT OF CERTAIN GRAND LODGES.

A grand lodge, by whatever name known and without regard to whether incorporated, that holds a charter from any supreme governing body and that was engaging in business in this state on July 1, 1913, as a fraternal beneficiary association under the separate jurisdiction plan is considered to be a single state organization.
