§ 101.120. REPORTS.

Official statutory text

A labor union required to file reports with the United States Secretary of Labor under Section 201, Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 (29 U.S.C. Section 431) or a successor statute shall file a copy of each report with the secretary of state not later than the 30th day after the date the report was filed with the secretary of labor.
