§ 102.052. COURT ORDER REQUIRED.
Official statutory text
On receipt of a petition filed under Section 102.051, the judge shall issue an order establishing an arbitration board. The order shall refer the matter in dispute to the board for a hearing and determination of the matter in dispute.
