§ 118.0525. INCREASED FEE FOR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH DOCUMENT SPECIFICATIONS.
Official statutory text
If a legal paper presented to a county clerk for filing or for recording does not comply with the specifications prescribed by Section 191.007, the filing fee or recording fee for the paper is increased as provided by that section.
