§ 161.302. DISSOLUTION ELECTION.
Official statutory text
(a) An election under this subchapter must be held in the manner provided for an election to create a county ethics commission.
(b) The ballot for the election shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition: "Dissolution of the county ethics commission."
