§ 24.053. ABOLITION OF MUNICIPAL OFFICE; DISCHARGE OF OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE.

At any time, the governing body of the municipality may abolish an office that it creates and may discharge an officer, clerk, or employee that it appoints.
